Terms and Conditions

I – General Provisions

These „Terms and Conditions” (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulations”) define the rules for the free use of the Contact Form (hereinafter referred to as the „Form”) available on www.gzbroker.pl, in order to contact GZ-BROKER LLC. (hereinafter referred to as the „Company”).

II – Definitions

The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:

  • „Company” – GZ-BROKER LLC. with its head office in Warsaw, 18 Foksal Street, 00-372 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number: PL 5211002122, REGON 010715814, KRS 0000099384
  • „Website” – the website available at www.gzbroker.pl
  • „Contact Form” – the contact form available on the Website
  • „User” – an interested party using the Website
  • „Regulations” – regulations/provisions governing the use of the Contact Form

III – Rules governing the use of the Contact Form

  1. The Contact Form is available to all interested Users.
  2. The Contact Form may not be used for the following purposes: correspondence within specific matters conducted by GZ-BROKER LLC. (initiated or completed), for submitting petitions, complaints, offers or requests.

IV – General conditions 

  1. The Contact Form shall be used only for correspondence related to the Company’s business.
  2. Using the Contact Form requires the following data: first name, last name, e-mail address and the content of the message.
  3. Sending a message via the Contact Form is possible only after giving consent to data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy and confirming that the User has read the Regulations and accepts its provisions.
  4. Submitting a message via the Contact Form is not tantamount with the Company’s obligation to reply.

V – The Company’s liability

  1. The Company shall not be liable for incorrect completion of the Contact Form, which shall make it impossible to contact the User.

VI – Processing of personal data

  1. The Administrator of Personal Data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Law of 2016, item 922) is the Company.
  2. Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed in the Contact Form by the data subject.
  3. The following personal data may be processed: first name, last name and e-mail address.
  4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to send a message using the Contact Form.
  5. Everyone shall has the right to access their data and the ability to correct, amend and delete them. Each individual, pursuant to article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Law of 2016, item 922) is entitled to revoke consent by sending an appropriate request:
    1. via e-mail address: rodo@gzbroker.pl
    2. via Contact Form
    3. to the Company’s correspondence address: 40A Jeziorki Street, 02-863 Warsaw

6. Personal data shall be made available only to:

  • appropriate state authorities at their request on the basis of universally binding provisions of law
  • other individuals and entities – in cases other than those referred to in point 1. only with the prior consent of the individual concerned 

7. The Administrator of Personal Data meets all requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Law of 2016, item 922).

VII – Final provisions

  1. The Company reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time. Amendments shall become effective upon publication of the Regulations on the Website.
  2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Contact Form at any time, without giving any reason.
